The branding project aimed to establish Jiran as a reliable, forward-thinking presence in the competitive real estate market.

Jiran Real Estate’s primary challenge was differentiating itself in a saturated market, where trust and reputation are critical. The existing brand lacked emotional resonance and visual consistency, particularly across digital platforms and property marketing materials. Our approach involved crafting a fresh, modern identity that communicated elegance, transparency, and growth. We developed a versatile visual system featuring a bold, memorable logo, a refined color palette evoking stability and sophistication, and clear, readable typography. SEO-focused content architecture was applied to the website, with optimized property listings, location-based landing pages, and storytelling that highlights lifestyle, community, and investment value — all tailored to improve online visibility and lead generation.
